Indianapolis is conspicuously preparing to host the NCAA Final Four Tournament. There are banners and ads everywhere including one we watched being hoisted on the side of a building on Monument Circle in downtown Indy.
That's interesting, Jessica, because I liked the tree being in the way of the shot! For me, the bare tree added to the story by offering a little bit about the time of year. If I could have snagged some daffodils in the shot that would really have clarified for a Hoosier that it was tourney time! Bare trees, occasional snowy days, some 80 degree days and daffodils = basketball tourney time in Indiana!
Recently relocated. Owner of a massive pile of boxes, full and empty. Telecommutes most of the time so the "office" is anywehre I have a great internet connection and my portable hard drive.
You can definitely spot these banners...looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteThose type of signs are strung along our National Highways, maybe they should be more conspicuous so that more drivers would heed them.
ReplyDeleteMarch Madness would certainly be conspicuous by its very presence. It is very exciting when your school is in the Final Four.
ReplyDeleteHow exciting, Good luck, should be fun.
ReplyDeleteA fun shot. I am not a basketball fan, but March Madness draws lots of attention.
ReplyDeleteJust wish that tree wasn't in the way. Otherwise, great shot!
